\n Six Business Analysts required for court processes. This is a hybrid role and candidates will be required to come onsite as required.
Complete Description:
\n Preferred candidates will have knowledge of CLIENT processes in one or more subject matter areas (e.g., civil, criminalincluding law enforcement case initiations, warrants, etc., juvenile, estates); strong abilities on case management computer applications; and excellent customer service skills.
\n Incumbents in this position may assist in configuring, implementing, training, and supporting the suite of Odyssey products, which include case management and e-filing applications provided by Tyler Technologies.
Provide remote (phone) support and possibly onsite support about court processes and applications to CLIENT Branch members as they implement and use warrants, Odyssey, and other products.
\n Configuration of the system including creating forms within the applications, including tokenization.
\n Participating in data conversion activities between legacy systems and courts applications
\n Testing courts application functionality
\n Assist end-user training sessions for a variety of Judicial Branch users.
\n Within project guidelines, research and document standard business decisions regarding the configuration of various Odyssey products.
