Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a community-focused healthcare environment in Georgetown, SC. This Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients and families, staying organized, and providing professional front desk support in a meaningful, service-driven setting.

As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming and efficient patient experience from intake through scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families while providing professional, empathetic front desk support.
- Complete patient intake, registration, and insurance information entry accurately.
- Schedule appointments and help support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records in office systems.
- Support daily administrative operations and assist the front desk team as needed.
- Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate is $15 per hour.
- Pay is set and final.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- On-site position in Georgetown, SC.
