Job Summary:
\nMeneses Law is looking for a HIGH energy bilingual office administrator to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our firm to assist our clients seeking legal options.
\nEssential Functions/Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Handling incoming calls and other communications in Spanish and English. \n
- Managing filingsystem; e-file, paper file, and scanning. \n
- Recording information as needed by following organizational instructions. \n
- \n
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed by following organizational instructions. \n
- Updating paperwork,maintainingdocumentsand word processing. \n
- Helping organize andmaintainoffice shared areas. \n
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands such as, filing, typing, scanning, printing, following instructions, and meeting deadlines for tasks. \n
- Maintaining office equipment as needed. \n
- Aiding with client reception as needed suchas,greeting clients, providing directions, scheduling clients, and answering/ calling clients. \n
- Creating,maintaining, and entering information into databases. \n
- Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer. \n
Required Skills/Abilities:
\n- \n
- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. \n
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. \n
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. \n
- Ability to thrive in afastpaced, collaborative environment. \n
- Understanding and adhering to KPI’s and metrics. \n
- Able to type 45 WPMor more. \n
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. \n
Education and Experience:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree \n
- 1 year of Office Experience. \n
Physical Demands:
\n- \n
- This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. \n
- Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching \n
- May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computermonitorfor extended periods of time. \n
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. \n
- The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds. \n
