We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor who wants to take the next step in their leadership career while maintaining schedule flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful clinical involvement.
\nYou’ll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing BCBAs and RBTs while balancing approximately 20 hours of clinical supervision with 20 hours of administrative responsibilities each week. You’ll help ensure clinical quality, treatment fidelity, and compliance while mentoring staff and supporting positive outcomes for clients and families. You’ll practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, a historic community known for its colonial architecture, scenic surroundings, and access to the Historic Triangle.

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Base salary: $95,000–$120,000
\n • Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities
\n • Supervise clinical staff for approximately 20 hours per week
\n • Perform administrative responsibilities for approximately 20 hours per week
\n • Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs
\n • Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases
\n • Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
\n • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
\n • Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity
\n • Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
\n • Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines
\n • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed
\n • Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations
