Job Description
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00/hour
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site across local campus/clinic locations)
Schedule: Part-Time / Seasonal (Approx. 20-30 hours/week)
Shift Times: Roughly 7:45 AM - 3:30/3:45 PM on event days
Duration: Late September - Mid-November (approx. 20 event dates)

Position Overview
Are you an efficient, friendly Certified Medical Assistant looking for flexible, well-compensated seasonal work? We are seeking two (2) Certified Medical Assistants to support a high-volume seasonal employee immunization campaign.
In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will focus strictly on delivering quality clinical care. You'll be paired directly with dedicated internal staff who handle all Epic documentation and data entry, allowing you to focus on what you do best: efficiently and safely administering intramuscular (IM) injections.
Key Responsibilities
Administer intramuscular (IM) flu and COVID-19 injections in a high-volume, pop-up mass vaccination clinic environment (100+ vaccines per day).
Work collaboratively in a tag-team setup alongside administrative staff who manage patient charts and system entry.
Assist with daily clinic setup and teardown at various on-campus event locations.
Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to patients to ensure a quick and comfortable experience.

Required Qualifications
Education: Medical Assistant Diploma.
Certification: Active MA Certification through NHA, AAMA, or AMT.
Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required prior to start).
Clinical Skills: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in administering IM injections.
Reliability: Exceptional attendance and dependability across all scheduled campaign dates.
Preferred Qualifications & Traits
Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive and maintain efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in high-volume clinics, immunization events, or pop-up healthcare settings is a plus.
Familiarity with Epic EHR is nice to have, though not strictly required.
Additional Details
Dress Code: Solid color clinical scrubs (candidate provided).
