As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning checkout areas

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
\n
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

• Promote sales by suggesting additional products and services to customers

• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

• Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience preferred
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling
\n
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
