True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring driven In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present high-quality bath remodeling solutions.

This is a high-income opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want a steady flow of appointments, a proven product, and the ability to control their own earnings. There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting—all appointments are provided.

Top performers in this role consistently earn six figures, with strong earners exceeding $200,000+ annually.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
\n
• Conduct professional sales consultations and assess customer needs
\n
• Present bath remodeling solutions using company tools (iPad, design software, etc.)
\n
• Build custom quotes and project proposals
\n
• Close sales during the appointment when appropriate
\n
• Provide a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Prior experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative selling preferred
\n
• Background in home improvement (bath, kitchen, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, etc.) is a plus
\n
• Strong closing ability and confident communication skills
\n
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
\n
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
\n
• Reliable transportation required
\n
