\nJoin our team as an Azure DevOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and optimizing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Azure, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker to drive innovative solutions and ensure seamless deployment pipelines. As a core team member, your passion for clear written and verbal communication will be critical to collaborating across distributed teams and delivering high-impact results.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools to ensure reliable application delivery.
\nOrchestrate and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker.
\nMonitor system performance, automate operational tasks, and proactively resolve issues.
\nCollaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.
\nEnsure robust system security, compliance, and reliable backup/recovery strategies.
\nDocument processes and solutions, and communicate insights effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:
\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.
\nDeep expertise in Azure DevOps tools and services.
\nAdvanced proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and container management.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, collaborative work.
\nExperience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
\nSolid understanding of infrastructure automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\nFamiliarity with additional cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.
\nExperience supporting large-scale, distributed systems.
\nRelevant Azure or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
\nCompensation & Benefits Notice
\nThe national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $160,000-$220,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
