Compensation That Values Your Expertise

• Competitive hourly base salary
• 30% of net production (applicable when production surpasses base salary)
• No earnings cap
• Additional commissions on products
• Sign-on bonus (dependent on location)

Our production model is designed so that if you provide thorough and complete care—including periodontal diagnosis, appropriate radiographs, and preventive services—the results will naturally follow. There is no penalty if production does not exceed the base pay.

Collaborative Hygiene Workflow

We implement a structured, team-based approach aimed at supporting hygienists rather than rushing them. Key features include:

• A dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to you
• Delegation of x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, polishing, and fluoride application
• Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures
• Extended time allocated for periodontal procedures as necessary

The objective is straightforward: you concentrate on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education, while your assistant enhances workflow efficiency. This model enables many hygienists to significantly boost their earning potential while upholding high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver oral hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents like fluoride and sealants.
• Accurately document and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and manage patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist the dentist as directed.
• Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado hygiene license
• Strong clinical standards with a focus on periodontal care
• Team-oriented attitude
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Interest in maximizing production in an ethical and efficient manner
