We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in Modesto, California—a charming community with easy access to major metro areas.

Opportunity Highlights\n

• $320,000 guaranteed salary for a 4-day work week

• $50,000 sign-on bonus
\n
• $40,000 annual retention bonus for up to 5 years (total $200,000)
\n
• Option to receive up front if desired

• 100% outpatient position – NO call required

• Manageable patient volume
\n
• EMR: Athena
\n
• 4 weeks vacation + 1 week CME

• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
