\n \nWhat You’ll Do

Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.
\n - \n
Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.
\n - \n
Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.
\n - \n
Apply insulation to panels as specified.
\n - \n
Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.
\n - \n
Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.
\n - \n
Complete production logs and deviation reports.
\n - \n
Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.
\n - \n
Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.
\n - \n
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.
\n - \n
Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
\n
What We’re Looking For
\n \nQualifications:

Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
\n - \n
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
\n - \n
Demonstrates an attention to detail.
\n - \n
Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.
\n - \n
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
\n - \n
Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems.
\n - \n
Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire).
\n
Work Environment:

Exposure to moderate noise and airborne particles.
\n - \n
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
\n - \n
Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
\n - \n
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.96 - $26.44 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
