Location: Middlefield, OH
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing facility seeking an Industrial Finisher / Paint Prep team member to work on polymer castings!
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
Prepare polymer castings for painting and finishing
Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for coatings
Assist with finishing processes to ensure quality products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Preferred Experience:
Auto body repair or paint prep
Drywall finishing or surface preparation
Industrial painting or finishing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Requirements:
Drug-free workplace
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
