Full Job Description

Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company has partnered with our client in the

equipment services industry on their search for a Data Analyst to join

the finance department. Candidate will work alongside accounting, IT,

and operations to provide insight into business performance. Their main

tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis,

documenting processes, identifying, and solving gaps in process and

reporting, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in

this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be

able to communicate with both non-technical and highly technical users.

\n Scope of Responsibilities:

\n
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements,
  \n uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing
  \n solutions.
\n
• Identify process, risk gaps, and use the resources at hand to work
  \n with operations to suggest and assist in the implementation of
  \n solutions.
\n
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
\n
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
\n

\n Skills Needed:

\n
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
\n
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
\n
• Knowledgeable in SQL and Procede and TargIT, BI software a plus
\n

\n Educational & Work Requirements:

\n
• Degree: A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
\n
• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
