\nThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
\nRoles & Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties

Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule

Operate motorized cleaning equipment
\n - \n
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
\n - \n
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
\n - \n
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
\n - \n
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
\n - \n
Perform repetitive tasks
\n - \n
Maintain clean work area
\n - \n
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
\n - \n
Take direction and respond to supervision
\n - \n
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
\n - \n
Fill in during staff shortage
\n - \n
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
\n - \n
Use proper personal protective equipment
\n - \n
Present a professional appearance and conduct
\n - \n
Understand customer service and satisfaction
\n - \n
Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
\n
Qualification
\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfac
\ntorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
\nEducation and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nBilingual a plus
\nAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\nKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
\nKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
\nKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
\nSupervisory Responsibilities
\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation and Shift:
\n$16.90-$17.00 per hour
\n Monday-Friday 4:00AM-12:30PM
