We are searching for a Project Manager with a strong construction background to support our client’s growing data-center and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven professional with experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities from preconstruction through commissioning. The Project Manager will oversee planning, construction, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, engineering, design, procurement, contractors, utilities, and leadership teams to keep projects moving efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and solutions-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
  • \n
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, execution plans, and risk mitigation.
  • \n
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and utility partners.
  • \n
  • Oversee contractor performance, construction quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • \n
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • \n
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership.
  • \n
  • Support permitting and coordination with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
  • \n
  • Partner with Procurement on long-lead equipment and materials.
  • \n
  • Ensure projects meet Infinium’s safety, quality, and operational standards.

Skills & Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • \n
  • 7+ years managing commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • \n
  • Experience managing general contractors, EPC firms, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with permitting, utility coordination, commissioning, and startup.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Preferred: Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, and electrical/mechanical systems; PMP or Construction Management certifications are a plus.
  • \n
