HSE Engineer | Manufacturing | $70K-$85K + Growth Opportunity
I'm partnering with a global manufacturer to identify an HSE Engineer who is passionate about workplace safety, environmental compliance, and building a strong safety culture within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to lead site-wide Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation
- $70,000-$85,000 base salary

- Drive compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), audits, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs that strengthen employee engagement and awareness
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve workplace safety and environmental performance
- Manage corrective actions, compliance initiatives, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Serve as the site's subject matter expert for safety, environmental, and risk management programs
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety management systems
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to influence safety culture at all levels of the organization
