Locum Interventional Radiologist needed in Michigan.

• Coverage Dates Needed: 7/27-8/2, 8/17-8/23, 9/7-9/13, 9/21-9/27, 10/5-10/11, 10/19-10/25, 11/2-11/6, 11/16-11/22, 12/7-12/13, 12/21-12/31

• Schedule: 7am-5:30PM covering inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, performing procedures including biopsies, outpatient scheduled procedures and inpatient emergencies. Oversee APPs during daytime hours.
\n
• Clinic, Inpatient consults, Outpatient clinic visits, Inpatient and outpatient procedures (paras/thoras), 60% outpatient, 40% inpatient, Trauma coverage, Emergency Call coverage
\n
• Cases/Procedures: General Invasive IR Procedures, 9-10 Procedures per day, including OP & IP. Typically performing biopsies, kyphoplasty, port placements, para/thora, etc.
\n
• Clinical Support: Supervising Phyisicians, 3 Full time APPs who perform procedures and do IP consults. Locum will be expected to supervise as well.
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Requirements: BC by the American Board of Radiology in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, ACLS(AHA), BLS(AHA). 5 cases proctored.
\n
• Will consider candidates with IMLC.
\n
• Credentialing: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date.
\n
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
\n
