Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an essential member of the interdisciplinary team, utilizing your clinical expertise to manage and care for ICU patients.

• Deliver high-quality care to patients with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule, including every third weekend.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols diligently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Active RN License in Iowa or a Compact State.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI are mandatory.
• TNCC certification is preferred (must be obtained if extending the contract).
• Experience with EPIC is required.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and may require flexibility in scheduling. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
