Commercial Drywall Estimator

Our client is seeking a Commercial Drywall Estimator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects, negotiating contracts, and working closely with project teams to ensure projects are planned and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial drywall projects using OST.

• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules and resources.

• Support project planning from estimating through project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on commercial drywall projects.

• Strong contract negotiation skills with a successful track record.

• Experience managing project estimates and budgets.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with OST (On-Screen Takeoff).

• Strong understanding of cost control processes for construction projects.

• Experience estimating multiple commercial projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality proposals.

• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.

• Certified Construction Manager (preferred).
