Insurance Defense Associate Attorney
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Insurance Defense practice to handle insurance coverage and litigation matters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
Communicate with clients, evaluate cases, and conduct written discovery.
Handle motion practice, depositions of witnesses and experts, and court hearings.
Represent clients in mediations and assist with trial preparation.
Prepare for and participate in trials while conducting efficient electronic legal research.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of litigation experience.
Active Texas State Bar license required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to conduct efficient electronic legal research.
Spanish-speaking attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
