Your Role as a Registered Nurse
  • Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure outstanding care.
  • Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to aid in their recovery.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
  • Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients.
Qualifications
  • Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification is preferred.
  • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
