We are looking for a Full-Time provider (30-40 hours weekly) for our Pocahontas Center situated in Marlinton, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. New graduate nurse practitioners are encouraged to apply, although we cannot accommodate new graduate physician assistants.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This role is essential in helping achieve our organization's mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Nurse Practitioners should be certified after completing an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary RangeAnnual Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00
