Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Oak Hill, TN. TN license required.

\n - Shift: 8s, 10s, 12s. no call, no weekends. Will take less than full time.
\n - Medical Direction Model.
\n - No blocks.
\n - Types of cases: Main OR, Women's, and Ortho. 34 ORs.
\n - MUST HAVE ACTIVE TN LICENSE.
\n - EMR: Medaxion.
\n - Will cross credential at 1 site.
\n - Must have Active TN license.
\n - Temp privs: Yes.
\n - Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
