Compensation: $23.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Overview
A growing engineering and land development consulting firm is seeking an As-Built Specialist to join its Boca Raton office. This role is ideal for someone with experience preparing as-built drawings, working with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and supporting surveying and civil engineering projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to prepare accurate as-built documentation for commercial, residential, and municipal land development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs-Built Documentation
Prepare and update accurate as-built drawings based on field survey data.
Revise engineering plans to reflect completed construction conditions.
Verify field information and incorporate changes into project drawings.
Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Support engineers and surveyors with drafting revisions.
Coordinate with survey crews, engineers, and project managers.
Assist with documentation for land development and civil engineering projects.
Ensure drawings meet company and client quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience preparing As-Built drawings (Required)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of Land Surveying and/or Civil Engineering
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting surveying or civil engineering firms
Valid driver's license (preferred)
Experience reading civil engineering or survey plans
Strong communication and teamwork skills
