Key responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment
  • \n
  • Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
  • \n
  • Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
  • \n
  • Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ
  • \n
  • Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
  • \n
  • Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders
  • \n
  • Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
  • \n
  • Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
  • \n
  • Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them
  • \n
  • Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request
  • \n
  • Ensure and support quality implementation in the department
  • \n

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

\n
    \n
  • Successfully
    \n completed training in the field of freight forwarding
  • \n
  • At least five years’ experience
    \n in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift
    \n operations
  • \n
  • Advanced knowledge of
    \n international logistics dynamics
  • \n
  • A
    \n team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentality
  • \n
  • Enjoyment in working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment
  • \n
  • English skills, written and verbal
  • \n
  • The willingness to travel on national and international business trips (10–25%)
  • \n
