CRNA needed for Locums in Arizona.

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ. AZ license required.

• Shifts: 10 & 12-hour shifts.
\n
• Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need).
\n
• Night Coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
\n
• Hours: Typically 3-4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 3 weeks and 3 shifts/week; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.
\n
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
\n
• Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
\n
• Peds & neuro head cases
\n
• Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR) - client will do straight nights.
\n
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
\n
• Credentilaing: AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks, IMLC: ~2 months, Non-Licensed: ~3 months (based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history).
\n
• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
\n
