Compensation: $1939 - $2336 | Shift: 3x12 days

Our facility is renowned for its advanced procedures, including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers, along with the management of patients suffering from congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies. Our unit has received accolades for its exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ clinical judgment to assess and address patient responses to actual or potential health issues.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to cardiovascular patients.
  • Engage in national clinical trials overseen by our NISUS research department.
  • Adhere to strict attendance policies to ensure consistent and reliable patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid Michigan RN license verification is mandatory.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting is essential.
  • Experience with EKG interpretation is necessary.
  • Willingness to float to similar units as needed.
  • Preferred experience includes Neuro, CVICU, Trauma, managing ventilators, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps.
  • Completion of a skills checklist within one year of application is required.
