As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, all in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and our organizational standards. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions, as well as assigning tasks, instructing, and offering clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications and Experience Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients with knowledge and competence
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
