\n Join a Growing Home Services TeamWe are assisting one of our partners in a search for their next Customer Service Rep. Our partner is a local Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical company serving homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast. They are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Port St. Lucie.
\n This position is the communication hub of their operation and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring their field technicians are scheduled and dispatched efficiently.
\n Responsibilities

\n
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service
\n
• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical customers
\n
• Dispatch technicians to service calls and manage daily schedules
\n
• Monitor technician progress and maintain communication throughout the day
\n
• Follow up with technicians regarding service call completion and job status updates
\n
• Coordinate with customers regarding appointment confirmations and updates
\n
• Process customer payments and assist with collections on outstanding balances
\n
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in company software
\n
• Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Previous customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred
\n
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industries is a plus
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
\n
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Comfortable handling collections and payment discussions with customers
\n
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
\n
