Outside Sales Representative

Location: New York Metro Area (NYC, NJ, CT)
Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary + Commission

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the New York Metro market. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
\n
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
\n
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
\n
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
\n
• Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and close opportunities.
\n
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
\n
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
\n
• Background in construction, plumbing, electrical, commercial services, or related industries is a plus.
\n
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
\n
• Valid driver's license required.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
\n

Territory

This position covers New York City (all five boroughs), New Jersey, and Connecticut.
