The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Support land acquisition, development, and operations teams with administrative and project coordination activities.
- Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, purchase agreements, bid packages, permits, and due diligence documentation.
- Track project milestones, contract deadlines, permit expirations, and development schedules.
- Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, consultants, municipalities, and internal departments to support land transactions and development projects.
- Maintain land inventory reports, project files, status updates, and management reporting.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and assist with budget tracking.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ months of administrative, real estate, land development, construction, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting land acquisition, land development, construction, or real estate projects preferred.
- Familiarity with contracts, permitting processes, title, and escrow procedures preferred.
- Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
