Work Type: Full time, Onsite, Direct Hire Compensation: $60k - 65k/year Benefits: Medicat/Dental/Vision insurance options, PTO/Sick time, 401k match options Responsibilities
  • Support land acquisition, development, and operations teams with administrative and project coordination activities.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, purchase agreements, bid packages, permits, and due diligence documentation.
  • Track project milestones, contract deadlines, permit expirations, and development schedules.
  • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, consultants, municipalities, and internal departments to support land transactions and development projects.
  • Maintain land inventory reports, project files, status updates, and management reporting.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and assist with budget tracking.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ months of administrative, real estate, land development, construction, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting land acquisition, land development, construction, or real estate projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with contracts, permitting processes, title, and escrow procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
