Our organization in Reston, VA, is seeking an OB GYN Physician to become part of our expanding team of medical professionals! We operate multiple office locations throughout Virginia, focusing on fostering strong personal connections between our patients and physicians. We are in search of an OB GYN Physician who can deliver comprehensive patient care, stay updated with the latest medical technologies and practices, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional OBGYN care to patients.
Conduct both minor and major surgical procedures.
Prevent, diagnose, and treat various OBGYN conditions.
Guide, advise, and oversee medical staff, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, on appropriate procedures and protocols.
Support the integration of advanced technology to enhance quality and patient experience while ensuring clinical excellence.
Examine patients, gather medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Stay current with and provide the latest treatment options.
Engage actively in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive proactive enhancements.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN.
Prior experience in OBGYN practices is preferred.
An active Medical License in the State of Virginia is preferred.

Compensation Range: $288,750 - $383,250 per year.
Please note that compensation is determined by years of experience.
