Hospital Medicine - Nocturnist - Physician - Troy, NY

Our organization is looking to expand its team of full-time Hospitalists at the Hospital Medicine department located in Troy, NY.

The Hospitalist nocturnist physicians at our facility operate on a 7 on/7 off schedule, with 12-hour shifts. We are specifically seeking physicians for the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Our model features a closed ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist assistance, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integral members of our team.

We pride ourselves on having a collegial and highly collaborative hospitalist team, receiving outstanding support from nursing staff, the Emergency Department, and various specialties. You will thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient care and the well-being of providers.

A dedicated workspace for hospitalists is conveniently located within the Emergency Department, facilitating effective communication and care coordination.

We offer on-site administrative, IT, and case management support, along with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and should be able to secure a New York State license and DEA registration.

Recruitment Package:

• Base Salary: $352,000, based on experience
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensation relevant to the role.
