- Approximately 60,000 patient visits and 3,000 deliveries each year.
- Interdisciplinary programs in maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, urogynecology, and reproductive endocrinology.

Job Overview:We are in search of a full-time physician for our Division of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and innovative individual passionate about advancing women's health and dedicated to an academic career in this field.
Your responsibilities will encompass direct clinical care, research, and the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. We value creativity in program development and growth, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively. Candidates should be adept at providing a comprehensive range of obstetrical and gynecological care, including gynecologic surgery for medically complex patients. Special interests in women's health care are welcomed and supported. The academic rank will be based on qualifications and experience.
As part of our committed team, you will deliver care as an obstetrician/gynecologist at our affiliated hospital, attend to patients at various clinics, and perform both major and minor gynecologic surgeries. You will also participate in a rotating schedule for night and weekend on-call duties.
The College of Medicine plays a crucial role in educating medical students, residents, and fellows through collaboration with our health practices, the affiliated hospital, and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. As a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, you will significantly contribute to our educational mission by teaching junior medical students, serving on various committees, and engaging in departmental activities such as rounds, special lectures, and postgraduate courses. Faculty members are also expected to engage in scholarly activities, including research and quality improvement initiatives, aligned with their experience and interests.
Minimum Qualifications:- Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Eligible for a Florida Medical License.
- Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Possession of a terminal doctoral degree in a clinical science, such as an MD or DO. Additional degrees like an MBA or MPH are encouraged.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
