Job Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide precise, real-world accounting expertise to inform and enhance AI model training.
\n Review, analyze, and validate a diverse set of financial data and documentation.
\n Evaluate and critique accounting scenarios, workflows, and policies for accuracy and clarity.
\n Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback on complex financial concepts and accounting tasks.
\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and relevant accounting datasets.
\n Leverage your deep understanding of regulatory environments (US, UK, CAN, Europe, LATAM) to provide context-rich insights.
\n Commit at least 10+ hours per week to deliver impactful, detail-oriented contributions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Auditor designation required.
\n Minimum 5-10+ years of hands-on professional accounting experience.
\n Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
\n Demonstrated expertise across bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax, and audit processes.
\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
\n High attention to detail and utmost commitment to accuracy.
\n Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver quality results on tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with or supporting AI or technology-driven projects.
\n Background in multiple regulatory environments (US/CAN/UK preferred; Europe or LATAM a plus).
\n Prior remote or distributed team experience.
