\n Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for a Connecticut Licensed HVAC Technician (S2) to support commercial projects in the Glastonbury, CT area and surrounding towns.\n

\n * Must have held a Connecticut S2 license for 8-10 years *\n
\n\n

\n\n
\n Position Overview:\n
\n\n As an HVAC Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings. You will play a key role in ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction by delivering expert service, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency.\n

\n Responsibilities:\n

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems \n
- Perform installations, system startups, and testing \n
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components \n
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections \n
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions \n
- Ensure compliance with Connecticut codes and safety standards \n
- Maintain accurate service documentation \n
- Provide professional customer service on job sites \n
\n Requirements:\n

- Active Connecticut S2 HVAC License (required) Must have 8-10 years experience \n
- Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems \n
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation \n
