Job Description
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near West Central, IN. IN license required.

\n - Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call.
\n - Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.
\n - Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.
\n - Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES.
\n - EMR: Cerner.
\n - Must have IN license.
\n - Will cross credential at 2 sites.
\n - Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted.
\n - $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
