Senior Product Manager

The Role
\n We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, shape strategy, and drive prioritization. You’ll work closely with the founder and the Head of Talent & Product Strategy, combining strong product judgment with deep domain expertise.This is a senior IC role with real ownership and influence.
\n What You’ll Do

\n
• Lead continuous product discovery with customers and early partners
\n
• Frame problems, define success, and make clear tradeoffs
\n
• Create and own a focused, impact-driven roadmap
\n
• Prototype ideas independently using modern and AI-assisted tools
\n
• Partner closely with design and engineering from idea to delivery
\n
• Help shape AI-enabled workflows with strong judgment and restraint
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of product management experience
\n
• Strong experience running product discovery
\n
• Proven ability to create and prioritize roadmaps
\n
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
\n
• On top of modern product, design, and AI tools
\n
• Able to prototype concepts independently
\n
• Strong product and UX taste
\n
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
\n
