Job Title: Assembly Operator

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30pm start time

Schedule: 5/8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Employment Type: 6-month contract to hire

Must-Haves:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Soldering Experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanical inclination
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work following detailed work instructions
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues with team members
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality and efficiency
