As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instructions, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
