Kforce has a client in Burlington, WI that is seeking an HR Manager. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including the facilitating of hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures Manage employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries Weekly / Monthly reporting on various HR/Payroll/Recruiting dashboards Oversees the payroll function, including benefit set up with various providers Accountabilities: Leadership + Management = Accountability (LMA) Recruitment and Onboarding Benefit execution Compensation implementation Compliance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related HR business field Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role HR knowledge across various industries Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills The ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Clear business ethics The ability to multi-task Well-organized The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
