\n
\nAs a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement while delivering exceptional client services and strategic case management.\n
\n
\n_*Key Responsibilities*_\n

\n* Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims through settlement\n
\n* Evaluate case value and *maximize client recovery*\n
\n* *Develop and execute* effective case strategies\n
\n* Maintain proactive and compassionate communication with clients throughout life cycle of the case\n
\n* Review and *negotiate* demands and settlements\n
\n* *Collaborate* closely with a team and supervising attorneys for case progression\n
\n* Identify matters requiring litigation escalation and coordinate appropriate transitions\n
\n* Deliver exceptional client service while *maintaining professionalism and urgency*\n

\n_*Qualifications*_\n
\n
\n* Active California Bar license in good standing\n
\n* 1+ year of personal injury experience preferred\n
\n* Strong negotiation, analytical, and case evaluation skills\n
\n* Client-centered mindset with a collaborative approach\n
\n* Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment\n
\n* Bilingual candidates and/or multi-state licensure are highly valued\n

\n* Starting salary: $140,000+ DOE\n
