Our organization is actively looking for a part-time, dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to become a member of our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this position, you will deliver outstanding occupational therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the conditions of residents.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Track and document patient progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid Registered Occupational Therapist license.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible scheduling is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $40.00 to $55.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
  • Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
  • Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
