Our organization is actively looking for a part-time, dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to become a member of our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this position, you will deliver outstanding occupational therapy services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess the conditions of residents.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Track and document patient progress.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Must possess a valid Registered Occupational Therapist license.
- Previous experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible scheduling is essential.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $40.00 to $55.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and cognitive capabilities to formulate tailored occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Apply therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Comply with all regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
- Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
