Project Manager
Job Description
Project Manager
\nAbout the job
\nWho We Are
\n Our client is an insurance technology consulting and application development company that helps organizations modernize complex systems and deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.
\n Working with insurance carriers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, and wealth solutions providers, delivering capabilities across application architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, single sign-on, third-party integrations, data platforms, automation, and digital insurance workflows.
Who You Are
\n You're a delivery-focused PM who thrives in complexity and brings order to it. You communicate clearly and confidently in English with US-based stakeholders, and you're comfortable being the person who surfaces risks early rather than explaining them after the fact. You care about the details — a slipping dependency or a vague status update bothers you before it bothers anyone else. You're equally at ease running an Agile ceremony, unblocking an engineer, and writing an executive-ready update.
What You'll Do
\n • Own the migration plan — timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies — and track progress against them.
\n • Coordinate across teams — content, analytics, SEO, UX, engineering, QA, and external consultants — keeping communication clear and aligned.
\n • Work alongside the Technical PM, Program Manager, and Tech Leads to understand progress, unblock the team, and keep delivery on track.
\n • Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to stay close to the work and drive continuous improvement.
\n • Manage risk proactively — flag issues around data integrity, downtime, and integrations before they become blockers.
\n • Keep documentation and reporting tight — plans, meeting notes, risk logs, and status updates that executives and partners can trust.
What We're Looking For
\n • Excellent written and verbal English (daily communication with US-based stakeholders).
\n • 3+ years in project management or a closely related role, ideally in Agile environments.
\n • Strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban, with real experience running Agile ceremonies.
\n • Hands-on with Jira and Confluence.
\n • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar CMS.
\n • Sharp organizational skills, strong problem-solving, and genuine attention to detail.
\n • Bachelor's degree in a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
\n • Experience with Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
\n • Background in digital projects (web or mobile applications).
\n • A portfolio of past projects.
