Location: Carlsbad, Chula Vista, San Diego (Alvarado Ct. & Clairemont Mesa Blvd.), El Cajon, and La Mesa, CA
Work Setting: Multi-Site Outpatient Audiology Clinics
Schedule
Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
Monday - Friday
8-hour shifts
Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Diagnostic Audiologist to provide high-quality hearing healthcare services across multiple outpatient clinic locations in San Diego. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse diagnostic caseload, perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care while supporting the organization's commitment to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage a diagnostic audiology caseload across multiple clinic locations.
Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including on-site and off-site testing.

Conduct diagnostic procedures such as:
Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing
Electronystagmography (ENG)
Pediatric audiological evaluations
Provide patient counseling regarding hearing health and treatment recommendations.
Evaluate both scheduled and walk-in patients.
Perform quality control and routine maintenance of audiology equipment and testing areas.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (AuD).
Active California Audiology License.

Experience performing:
ABR testing
ENG testing
Pediatric audiological evaluations
Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with standard software applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
