Maintenance Manager | Manufacturing | $80K-$100K
I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer to identify a Maintenance Manager who can lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing maintenance technicians and controls specialists in a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with expertise in industrial automation, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing equipment reliability.

Compensation
- $80,000-$100,000 base salary

- Lead and develop maintenance technicians and controls personnel supporting continuous manufacturing operations
- Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to maximize uptime and equipment effectiveness
- Oversee troubleshooting of automated production equipment, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems
- Manage CMMS systems, work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance metrics
- Drive equipment reliability improvements and reduce unplanned downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and capital equipment installation projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, and all plant safety requirements
- Leadership experience managing industrial maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of automation, PLC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment
- Experience implementing PM/PdM programs and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning
- Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and support continuous improvement projects
- Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills
