Here, your skills will play a vital role in the treatment of over 4,000 patients each year. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical judgment to assess and manage patient responses to various health conditions.
• Collaborate with a specialized team on procedures including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers.
• Provide care for patients with congestive heart failure and those undergoing electrophysiology studies.
• Deliver high-quality care to patients recovering from open-heart surgery.
• Work alongside the NISUS research department on national clinical trials.
• Float to similar units as required.
• Adhere to a strict attendance policy and maintain compliance with facility standards for patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Experience with EKG interpretation.
• Willingness to float to similar units as necessary.
• Current Michigan RN license (verification required).
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Completion of a skills checklist within one year of application.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
