Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa.

Obstetrics & Gynecology Practice - Mason City
  • A thriving practice with immediate patient volume.
  • Flexible scheduling options available for both full-time and part-time positions.
  • Collaborate with a team of three OBGYNs and one ARNP.
  • Approximately five on-call days per month.
  • Recently renovated clinic situated on our main campus, conveniently located near labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
  • Dedicated operating room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN surgeons, including robotic surgery options.
  • Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) available 24/7, staffed by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
  • Access to in-house specialists for consultation and collaboration in patient care, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, and more.

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.

Recruitment Package

We offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package for the right candidate, which includes:

  • A two-year income guarantee of $400,000 per year, plus productivity incentives (for full-time positions).
  • A bonus package of $250,000 (for full-time positions).
  • A relocation allowance of up to $15,000 (for full-time positions).
  • 34 days of paid time off (PTO) while on base; 40 days of PTO when on production (for full-time positions).
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $5,500.
