What You'll Do
\n As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities include:

\n
• Process vendor invoices accurately using Bill.com and QuickBooks Online.
\n
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and payment according to company procedures.
\n
• Reconcile vendor statements, accounts payable accounts, and company credit cards.
\n
• Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
\n
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure invoices are coded to the appropriate jobs and cost codes.
\n
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and efficiency.
\n
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
\n
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
\n
• At least one year of Accounts Payable experience.
\n
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
\n
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
\n
