Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator who’s also a team player willing to assist with general warehouse duties as needed. In this role, you’ll spend a good portion of your time operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials — but when needed for other duties you won’t hesitate to jump in and help out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack depending on the warehouse)
• Load/unload trailers and move products to designated storage areas
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues or maintenance needs
• Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals
• Be flexible and willing to support other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain one)
• 1+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or similar setting
• Comfortable lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and being on your feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and handheld scanners is a plus
• Dependable and punctual
